so there samantha and i were waiting at the verizon store for an hour watching the weird zombie-like people pass us by. They were all starting to look the same. It was weird. I got a new phone and had to pay $50 for it because the warrenty ended in november. Ugh! Right when I walk into the parking lot, right after I took the plastic covering off, I drop the phone and the battery goes flying.... Just my luck! After a while of looking, Samantha found it under the parking block thing! Thank you!!!! I can't believe it. It was seriously right after i took the fucking protective covering off. grr.
I have to go and add everyones number now...well, the ones I can remember.

I had a lot of fun last night. I went to Tiki Bob's with Mark, Cal, Matt, Jenny, Rebekah, Becky, and Heather. We were going to go to Tonic, but the guy from Tiki Bob's convinced us to go into there. We still wanted to see what Tonic was all about, so we (Bek, Becky, and I) asked the guy from Tiki Bob's if it was free all night for ladies and he said yes. So we went over to Tonic and by then it was past 11, so she had to pay $10 to get in. Bek and I went back to Tiki Bob's then and had trouble getting back in for free because the bitches at the door said it was free til 11. boo! But we managed to get back in. Becky on the other hand, had to pay $10 to get back into Tiki Bob's, so she paid $20 total. Poor Becky! She said that Tonic was better and had more people, but I figured we were already at Tiki's, so why pay to go somewhere else? I danced with 13 guys total. Record for one night! Jenny got with the guy with the mic. He was having a house party after and invited us, but I didn't want to go to some guys house who we just met! So Cal drove Mark, Matt, and me home.
That was my fun night!
Tonight should be fun too because I am going to Meghan's!!

On Thursday, I didn't go to class at all. I regret that now, as always...I went xmas shopping. This year I am not buying for my friends, so I don't have to do a lot of shopping. Instead of buying for my friends though, I am buying more stuff for myself. I bought a pair of jeans from the Limited and a pj shirt from victoria's secret for me. So far I bought my mom a gift card to Marshall Field's and my dad 2 tee shirts and a sweater. Oh! and I got Jackie something too. hehe. When I came home from shopping, I decided to relax and sit on the couch and read a book. My dad came in and asked why I was not at school. (at that time I should have been in Sociology, but I dropped the class because I was failing, so I did not have to attend it anymore...) I told him that I dropped it and he yelled at me a lot, so I packed a bag and went to work. I spent the night at Mark's later on.
On Friday, I woke up early and went to see the Nutcracker at the Detroit Opera house with Mike and his family. It was fun and reminded me of old times. The main girl looked so gross like a skeleton, so that was kind of gross to watch... After the ballet, we walked to Greektown to see Vince's new apartment. It was so cold out! He has a studio-type apartment overlooking Greektown. It is such a great view! It had artwork all over the hallway and in the elevator too. Bright and colorful! We went to Pizza Papalis after and got stuffed. We went to Astoria Bakery after that (my favorite!) and got some desserts. mmm mmm! Then I went to work and spent the night at Mark's again.
Saturday was a weird day. I was in an irritated mood the whole day. I worked from 10-3 and then went home and sat around. I gave my dad the sweater that I bought for his xmas gift because he was going out to dinner with my mom. Right away he said that it was not "his color" but then he grew to like it I guess. After that I went to Wal Mart and bought a curling iron, some pants, and new eyeshadow (a new shade!!!!). I got all done up for Meghan's recital and looked all pretty!! We all left Mark's house at 6:30 to go to Oakland. I drove with Samantha, Anthony, and Jeff in Sam's van and Dylan drove Mark and A.J. It was a very cool modern dance. I liked it a lot. I met a new friend too! He is Meghan's friend Chris. We talked a lot during the intermissions of the performance. He is fun. After that we all decided to meet up at Coney Island. But I guess people got confused as to which one we were going to, so we weren't ALL there. Then we came back and chilled at Mark's house and I fell asleep.
Yeah, now I am finally home.lol

Today I went to work around 2:30 and did some certification stuff. I then worked til 10. Ugh, I get so bored guarding. I taught 2 little girls how to swim without them hanging onto me. That felt really good and actually made my day really good. Two days ago, I got a little girl in the water who never had gotten in before without her mom there. Everyone was impressed!! I was so proud of myself. Yay for me! Tony and Anthony came into the Y today for family swim. They came a little late, so I let them swim about 15 minutes longer. :-)
I played Laser tag for the first time. It was ok. Not really my thing though. I went with Mark, Dylan, AJ, Andrew. I was the most accurate of my team! (29%!!)

This weekend has been hectic.
I had to do a BUNCH of homework. I ended up finishing it this morning right before my class.
In illustration, I drew a hallway and I was the first one done. It is ok I guess. Then we had to draw a made up room and I drew one like Vince's because I love his room. I am almost done with that.
In English, we had to each give feedback on our papers. 15 sentences on our weakest part. Ugh! So I had the smart idea to just email our papers to each other and then we could read them and give feedback on our own time.
Sad news: Trixie is being put to sleep on Wednesday...*very sad*

This weekend i went camping with Mike, Meghan, Jeff, Samantha, and Matt. We went to Highland Park Recreation in White Lake (20 minutes past Pontiac). It was a good time!
On Friday, everyone met at my house around 5. We all loaded up the van until we could pack no more into it. haha When we got there, the ranger was weird and made Meghan write down everyones names and ages and then was like "so who you have someone who is 21 then... i hope that you will all be responsible and don't have any problems. i want you to play by the rules." Meghan was like 'dude wtf? leave me alone. We're not going to do anything', but instead of saying that she was like, "we are good kids, I promise!" He's like ok... Right when we got out of the building (the door wasn't even completely shut yet, Meghan says "What a DICK!" I was like, "shh!! the door isn't even shut yet!" It was really funny because I was thinking the same thing! haha. She didn't care though because he was one. it was funny. Then we went down the never-ending winding road to find our two sites right next to each other (we couldnt have more than 4 ppl on one site) so we set up camp and then the girls left to get some wood while the guys finished putting up the big tent. when we came back it was dark but the guys started making dinner so that was good. we ate cheeseburgers and then hung out around the fire. we were being bums and went to bed by before quite hour!
In the morning, we all went to Teeple Lake to look around and take pictures. We were going to swim, but it looked too dirty to swim in. Maybe nice to kayak in. We made lunch and got attacked by a million bees. Jeff was the designated bee killer. We all played football until Mike had to go to work around 1:45. Samantha and Matt went with me. On the way back we bought wood from Home Depot and Samantha and I saw a truck that read: "FUKKEN WAX" We slowly drove next to it and took a picture, then we rolled back into our original parking space. That was funny. When we came back we made tacos for dinner and played scategories. the ranger came by and took a picture of us we were like uhh.. ok. At least he was nice to us. He must have seen that we were being good. Later (around 9pm) Jeff and Meghan went with me to pick up mike from work. We got lost on the way for a while, but eventually found our way. On the way back, we stopped to get wood at a gas station and I got a cappachino. I think the guy was hitting on Mike because he gave us the wood with no tax added and a free capp. That made me happy!
Sunday was the EVERYTHING MUST GO contest. We decided to eat all the food we could. Then we all cleaned up and left. We got gas on the way back and it was $40 for a little more than half a tank. That made me mad. When I got home, I got $10 more of gas and it didn't even fill it all the way. Grr!

So, yeah. If you read Mark's (junoboy) livejournal entry, you can see what happened with him yesterday. While he was in his fit of rage, he told Tony about me "skipping work" and that was great! *sarcastic* He also told my mom, which I was mad about and my mom yelled at me for. Now, I'll get written up twice! I am so pissed off. I try to separtate Mark into two different people: boss and friend. Sometimes they clash and I don't want them to, because I was mad at boss mark, but I felt bad for friend mark. I guess I just need to work on that some more...

I think I am having a bad day. It should get better because I am going to this pre-season swim party at 1:30. I am really excited to see all of the girls again. I have to work right after--but Mark, Lily, and Kelly are swimming tonight at Masters, so it shouldn't be that bad (and boring).
Saturday is the Backyard thing in Tomas's backyard. That should be entertaining. After that I am going to Port Huron for a get-together with Jenny and a bunch of YMCA work crew. That will be fun. I miss Jenny sometimes. Oh yeah, and Tony is kinda like Hitler because I think he is trying to get rid of all the guys at work and just have girls. Cal has been written up 3 times and Mark is almost about to get fired. But I didn't go to work at all yesterday and I haven't gotten written up or anything like that! Sexist.

So, yes this is my warped tour entry.
I got a call in the morning that Samantha couldn't come to it and I had bought her a ticket. Meghan really wanted to go, so I called her about 10 times and she finally answered and she decided to come. I drove Mike, Kelly, Meghan, Nikki, Jacque, and Spencer. We met Jimmy and some people at Starbucks then it was off to warped tour. I saw Dillenger, Fall Out Boy, the Suicide Machines (kinda), Motion City Soundtrack, My Chemical Romance, and some others. I got lots of free stuff and I bought 4 bottles of water, the 2 fall out boy CD's, so I could have the real ones instead of burned; and the Code CD (signed by the band). By the end of the day I was sweaty, wet, hot, sore...etc. The van smelt soo bad! We ate at Applebee's after and our waitress was a bitch!

This weekend should be fun-filled! Tomorrow is Erycca's graduation party then the Hootie and the Blowfish concert. Mike and I are going with Meghan and Jeff. We are meeting Nikki and Jimmy up there I think. Then it is back to Erycca's party. Sunday is Warped Tour, which is always fun! I am going with Mike, Samantha, Kelly, Jacque, Nikki and who knows who else.
